Its Not Too Late Scholarship would like to recognize Pamela Ware for receiving the Wise Owl Award on April 26, 2015.  The award was given by the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority for her outstanding service and commitment to the community.  Pam’s dedication to her sorority and as the treasurer on the INTL Scholarship board, are just a mere glimpse of her dedication and hard work.  Thanks for all you do.
